Peace, be still.

One of the best things about yoga, is that it gives me 1 hour away from life’s day to day. It is self-care, to be in a place where all your attention is on you. The mat can truly be a sacred space where mind, body and breath work together to create peace, release stress and find strength.

So, in whatever position is most comfortable for you, close your and take a deep breath in, hold it at the top, and then exhale. Namaste.
